Meridian Leisure Hotels are currently developing the brand new generation Holiday Inn in conjunction with IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).

 

The Holiday Inn Reading M4, Jct10 will be located in Winnersh Triangle, Berkshire and within 2 miles of the M4 motorway.

 

The 174 bedroom Four Star hotel will be conveniently located within a 5 mile radius of Reading, Bracknell and Wokingham. The hotel will be easily accessible from the A329(M) and within a 2-minute walk of the adjacent Winnersh Triangle railway station - Reading to Waterloo Line.

 

The hotel in Winnersh Triangle has been designed to the highest international standards and will feature contemporary and new brand identity hallmarks including upgraded lobby with signature scents and sounds, enhanced room decor and comfort with new bedding and bathroom amenities plus several more. The hotel will offer a variety of luxuriously appointed bedrooms ranging from Standard, Executive and Family Rooms to Suites.

 

Also consistent with the Holiday Inn brand, the hotel in Reading will offer The Academy which includes a comprehensive meetings package to ensure a seamless planning process and an exceptional meeting experience. The hotel will offer a choice of 8 state of art Meeting Rooms and Banqueting facilities for up to 220 guests, all benefiting from natural daylight.

The property benefits from good communications with Winnersh Triangle Train Station providing good transport links with Reading (8 minutes) and London Waterloo (1 hour and 15 minutes). Services are at least half hourly and are provided by South West Trains. Train services also run between Reading and London Paddington, provided by First Great Western. These services run approximately every ten minutes during peak times, with a journey time of around 30 minutes.

 

Winnersh Triangle is ideally located, situated between the M4 corridor, with junction 10 just less than 2-miles to the south, and the A329(M) bordering the business park to the north. The latter provides access to Reading (approximately 4.5 miles) and Bracknell (approximately 7 miles), with the M4 extending to Bristol (approximately 85 miles) and Wales to the West, and the M25, Heathrow (approximately 24 miles) and London (approximately 37 miles) to the East.
